Payzum pricing: 0.5% per sale
Payzum takes 0.5% of each sale it processes for you. The fee comes out of the payment when it settles, and the rest goes straight to your own wallet. Network fees (gas) are separate: they go to the blockchain, not to Payzum, and usually come to a few cents on Base, Polygon or Solana.

What a sale costs with Payzum, a card and PayPal
The Payzum columns show the fee and what reaches your wallet. The card and PayPal columns show only the fee each one charges on the same sale. Gas is left out of every column.
| Sale | Payzum fee (0.5%) | You receive with Payzum | Card fee, Stripe US standard (2.9% + $0.30) | PayPal Pay with Crypto fee (1.5%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 20.00 USDC | 0.10 USDC | 19.90 USDC | $0.88 | $0.30 |
| 100.00 USDC | 0.50 USDC | 99.50 USDC | $3.20 | $1.50 |
| 1,000.00 USDC | 5.00 USDC | 995.00 USDC | $29.30 | $15.00 |
| 10,000.00 USDC | 50.00 USDC | 9,950.00 USDC | $290.30 | $150.00 |
Card figures use Stripe's published US rate for domestic cards, 2.9% + 30¢; an international card adds 1.5% and currency conversion another 1% (Stripe pricing, October 2026). PayPal has charged merchants 1.5% for Pay with Crypto since August 1, 2026, after a 0.99% launch rate (PayPal merchant fees). Stripe offers custom rates to high-volume businesses.
The fee comes out of each payment as it settles
Payzum never holds your money. When a customer pays, the payment settles on-chain to the wallet you connected, minus the 0.5%. There is no balance to withdraw and no payout date to wait for.
Because the fee is a percentage, a small sale pays a small fee: a 5 USDC coffee costs 0.025 USDC. A card processor's fixed 30 cents takes 6% of that same coffee.
The rate is the same for every sale Payzum processes, whether it arrives through hosted checkout, a payment link, an invoice, a subscription, a store plugin, the API or the point of sale.
Costs outside the 0.5% on sales
| Cost | How it works |
|---|---|
| Network gas | Every on-chain transfer pays gas to the network that carries it. Payzum does not set it or keep it. On Base, Polygon and Solana it is usually a few cents; on Ethereum mainnet it can be much higher. |
| Auto-conversion to stablecoins | Converting what you receive into USDC or USDT is optional. Ask us for its current price before you turn it on. |
| Mass payouts | Before you confirm a payout run, the quote shows the recipient total, the estimated network fees and the Payzum service fee in basis points of the recipient total, so you know the full deposit before anything moves. |
| x402 payments from AI agents | Charging AI agents per API call is priced separately. Ask us for the current rate. |
Pricing questions
How much does Payzum charge per sale?
0.5% of each processed sale, deducted from the amount you receive. If a customer pays 100 USDC, 99.50 USDC reach your wallet.
When is the fee taken?
When the payment settles. The 0.5% is deducted before the funds reach your wallet, so there is nothing left to collect from you for that sale.
Is network gas included in the 0.5%?
No. Gas goes to the blockchain that carries the payment. It usually costs a few cents on Base, Polygon or Solana and more on Ethereum mainnet.
Are there chargeback or dispute fees?
No. A confirmed crypto payment can't be reversed by a bank, so there are no chargebacks to dispute. For comparison, Stripe charges US merchants $15 for each dispute they receive.
How are payouts, auto-conversion and x402 priced?
Separately from the 0.5% on sales. Mass payouts show the Payzum service fee in the quote before you confirm a run. For auto-conversion to stablecoins and x402 agent payments, ask us for the current rate.
Do I need a bank account?
No. Payzum works only with crypto: payments settle to wallets you control and nothing is paid out in fiat.
